Before any pair reaches our store, it undergoes a multi-point inspection covering stitching quality, box labeling, sole composition, and tag verification — matching manufacturer standards for the specific model and colorway.

Our grading scale is straightforward: Deadstock means unworn and in original box. Near-Deadstock means tried on once or twice, no visible wear. Used pairs are graded by condition tier (Excellent, Good, Fair) with photo documentation available on request. If you receive a pair that does not match its listed condition, we will make it right — no complicated return process required.

  • How do I know my size?
    All sizes listed are US men's sizing. We recommend measuring your foot length and cross-referencing with the brand's official size chart. Some models run large or small, and the product listing will flag any known fit quirks so you can order with confidence.
  • What does 'Deadstock' mean?
    Deadstock (DS) means the sneaker has never been worn and comes in its original, undamaged box with all original accessories — laces, tissue, and receipt if applicable. These are the highest-condition pairs in the catalog and represent the top tier of our grading scale.
  • Can I return a pair if it doesn't fit?
    Unused, unworn returns in original packaging are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Worn pairs cannot be returned unless there is an authenticity dispute. Please visit our contact page to initiate a return and our team will guide you through the process.
